Are your worship services audio or video recorded? Check with your audio technician or Music Minister to find out if the worship or messages are recorded. You may also want to find out what formats they are recorded. 

Providing some members with an audio version of the service also will help members with accessing the message in the alternative format.

Believe it or not, several of your members may struggle with vision, hearing and/ or learning differences which provided a decent quality sound recording. They too can access the message with success.

Once video or audio versions are created, there are a lot of creative ministries that can exist for members who may even be prevented form attending worship services.  With digital technology, variety of delivery formats such as the internet, CDs, DVDs and more, you can include many others who could not attend otherwise.
